  • Enable SMMEs to be assisted with tenders and development opportunities.
  • Manage incoming queries from SANRAL Transformation Portal, telephonic and walk-ins.
  • Manage the query and response register.
  • Utilise the online transformation supplier development portal to assist SMMEs
  • Monitor and address queries being received for the purposes of trend analysis and tender feedback to further assist SMMEs by identifying measures and interventions.
  • Facilitate communication between SANRAL and SMMEs to ensure 
  • Provide SMMEs with the appropriate and relevant information. 
  • Assist SMME’s with registrations on platforms such as., SARS; CIDB, CSD.
  • Facilitate contact between SMMEs and SANRAL’s strategic partners.
  • Advise on upcoming training, workshops, and information session/s.
  • Conduct research monitor and report on the effectiveness of the SDD and its initiatives.
